every Tuesday night!! Those people are AMAZING!!! What a GREAT opportunity they each have to live on the Ranch and change their lifestyles!! That is pretty amazing what they can do in such a 'short' amount of time!! I think Tara is going to win!! They all have done so good!!!
There really is NO excuse--I really need to stay in the habit of exercising EVERY day!! I go in spurts and need to just get back to doing it EVERY day and not let other things get in my way!! That is my GOAL!!!
