Jealousy slowly Disappearing....

Emily really had the hardest time when Brooke joined our family six months ago. Emily really felt lost and not impressed with Brooke at all. She even stayed with Grandma for a week while I recovered and when she came to visit---she was VERY jealous of Brooke and definitely wanted to go back home with Grandma and Grandpa where she felt 'loved!'

As time has gone by, she is slowly, adjusting to her baby sister!! There are times when she struggles when I sit down to feed Brooke, but overall, she is really getting better. Today I came in the living room and it was just Brooke and Emily. Emily was giving Brooke kisses ALL over!! It was soooo CUTE!! I was HAPPY to see them interact with each other. Emily is a funny girl and I think she is finally adjusting to having Brooke around and doesn't feel like she got replaced! (Most of the time anyway!) I hope they stay good friends!!
