Tyler's Kindergarten Christmas Party!!

Friday, December 19 was Tyler's last day of Kindergarten for 'the year!' He had his Christmas Party and Brandon and I went out to it! Before Tyler left for school that morning, he asked me if I would come out to his party--he even wanted me to come to lunch, but there was about a hour and a half between the two, so I told him I could only come for one--we chose the party!! When I told him, I couldn't come for lunch today, he said, "Will you call Grandpa, I KNOW he would come for me?" Tyler and Grandpa are pretty tight!! Grandpa already had some plans over in Boise, so he was unable to go, but Tyler is sure he will come another day! Grandpa, you are still NOT off the hook!! Hopefully when Tyler is Sophomore in High School, he is just as excited for me to come and have lunch with him!! HA! HA!!

The Christmas Party was a lot of fun!! They had lots of yummy snacks, then they had a fun snowflake craft they made. Then they all played Christmas Bingo. Mrs. Terrell gave each of the kids a book, Tyler was thrilled to have his own book!! Then they were able to go into the library and listen to SANTA read them a book!! It was a great day!! Brandon was thrilled to be able to hang out with the 'big kids.' When Troy got home from work that night, Tyler was telling him about his eventful day and Troy then said, "So you don't have to go to school until next year?" Tyler did not understand that--he thought that was way too long. He said, "No, I am just out for Christmas!"
