Well, I took Brooke to the doctor today to get shots. They of course had to 'check' her out to make sure she was 'healthy' enough to receive shots! Guess what!! She is HEALTHY!! YEAH!! Everything looks great--she of course is not on 'the charts' but we have never had a kid that has been--oh well!!
Brooke weighs 8 pounds 7 ounces and is 21 inches long. She is growing--she started out at 6 pounds 5 ounces and 19 and 3/4 inches long. The doctor was of course concerned that Brooke was so small for her age (not making the chart), but I explained how little she started out and then she seemed better about the situation. We have switched doctors due to different insurance companies--this doctor did not know our history of early babies. Anyway, we finally talked her into giving Brooke her shots!! Brooke got two shots in one leg and one shot in the other and then one oral shot. It was quite the eventful appointment. Tyler was in school, but I had Brandon, Kara, and Emily. Overall, they were fine, other than Emily thought it would be fun to walk around the room the entire time of the appointment. Emily also managed to fall off her chair and get a big bump on her head. It was quite the eventful excursion--but we got Brooke all immunized for two months anyway!! YEAH!!

Sounds like quite the adventure~you are very brave to take them all. I did that once with just Rylan, Alyssa, and Gavin and won't do it again. Even the dr. had to tell Gavin and Alyssa to stop fighting. I love all the pics you got! What a fun post.
Oh, I HATE when they have to get shots! The first time I took Ethan I actually cried. If your kids ever want to come play while you take her to her appointments they are welcome to come entertain us! :) Thanks again for the birthday gift, I love mango and the candles smell so good! Thanks for thinking of me!
